EPA Travel Awards
20 Travel Awards for the 20th Congress

EPA is celebrating its 20th Congress by handing out Travel Awards for abstract submitters !

Awards will be determained accroding to country of origin :

• 10 Awards of up to €350 for participants from developed countries
• 10 Awards of up to €500 for participants from developing countries

Conditions to receive a 20th Congress Travel Award:

All applications will be judged based on the scientific merit of the abstract submitted to the Congress.

Priority will be given to psychiatrists in early career stages and to low and middle-income countries.

Criteria for Application for a Travel Grant

• Applicants must be under the age of 40 at the opening date of the Congress, March 3, 2012.
• All applicants must have submitted an abstract to the Congress via the website
• Applicants must be registered and paid for the Congress by January 23, 2012.(those not registered at this time will not be considered for a travel grant).
• All applicants must submit a copy of their passport or other document of proof of age.
• All applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from the head of their department with their application.

Kindly note that all applications for a travel grant must be submitted via this website. Applications submitted via email or fax will not be considered.

Deadline for submission of applications: 25 January 2012.

Award winners will be informed by e-mail and will be invited to collect their prize onsite during the Congress in Prague
