THE TASTE OF NICE
In Nice, eat as the ‘Nicois’ eat and try some of the local dishes. Begin with a Pan Bagnat (a vegetable and tuna sandwich) or with a Pissaladiere (onion, anchovy and olive tart). The main dish is the famous Ratatouille and the Salade Nicoise, all garnished with Caillette - little black Nice olives.
